OUR HISTORY

• M & J Sales was started in 1980 by  Martha Jump and Jo Wiant and was the first estate sale business in Bloomington-Normal.  Sandy Mier later joined Martha and Jo as a partner.

• In 2000, the company was sold to Becky Altic, who worked for M & J and had developed a passion for the business.
  

• In 2008, Becky sold  the company to her friend, Suzie Zeigler, who had partnered with Becky for a time during her tenure as owner.
  

• With each owner, M & J has grown, and each has added  their own special touches.  The policies and practices that have earned M & J the reputation it has for honesty, fairness, and sensitivity are still in place. One thing that hasn't changed is our loyal customers.  You know who you are!  You are the best!
